The building’s design emphasizes spacious apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows that capture breathtaking views of the parklands, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

PT Design implemented advanced engineering techniques to meet the unique challenges of this project. CFA piles provided a stable foundation, while precast concrete cores and internal shear walls ensured lateral stability. The structural steel columns supporting two-way reinforced concrete flat slabs offered flexibility in apartment layouts while maintaining durability. The building’s façade features precast concrete panels that enhance its modern aesthetic while contributing to energy efficiency.
