East Park Apartments

Developed by Palumbo, this project includes basement parking facilities and a podium level featuring private gardens and communal spaces designed to foster community living.

The structure employed advanced engineering techniques such as diaphragm basement tie back walls and CFA piles for foundational stability. Reinforced concrete band beams support the ground floor podium transfer level, while precast concrete cores ensured lateral stability across all buildings. Structural steel framing supported reinforced composite slabs across apartment levels.

East Park Apartments sets new standards for city-fringe living by blending sustainability with cutting-edge design principles. Its integration of green spaces with modern architecture reflects PT Design’s commitment to creating vibrant urban communities.
